Redemption is on-site at our check-in desk. No need to pre-book online or by phone/email. Guests must present a valid Great Days Out booking confirmation for the correct date of visit and correct number of visitors. Present GDO e-ticket / voucher on arrival so your unique booking reference / barcode can be checked.
Any additional visitors over and above that specified on the booking confirmation, will be chargeable at the standard walk-up rate on the day.
No pre-booking required for tractor trailer rides or splash pool – see on-site notice boards for session timings. Note: these activities are available on a first come, first serve basis and capacity is limited, so please arrive at start points/waiting areas in good time.
